The Belle boisée is a brut 100% Chardonnay, millésime 2007.

This cuvé is characterised by its luminous pale yellow gown with gold glow.

Its first aroma is fresh and harmonious which lets the dominant chardonnay minerality express itself.

The attack on the palate is fresh and lively before reaching a beautiful final flavor with subtle notes of honey that let the white flowers aroma express itself.
