Estelle represents the third generation of the family Champagne house REMI ADAM in Berru, a small village located on the bottom of the Reims Mountain in the Champagne Region, France.
Our young winemaker is trying to maintain the traditions of the previous generations implanted in the winemaking process, as well as trying to bring a modern and feminine touch to the family business.
